Shipping & Handling Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout point
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Canada Post Standard Expedited Delivery times within Ontario is about 3-5 business days and 3-14 business days elsewhere in Canada except Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories (please contact us for a time estimate).

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within these stated times, as inclement weather might cause delays.

For packages shipped to the wrong address / returned orders due to incorrect address by the customer’s mistake at the time of ordering, products will re-shipped at customer’s own expense.

International Shipping
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pure Passion is not responsible for these charges, if they are applied, customer is liable for all incurred charges.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Our Couriers Do Not Ship to P.O. Boxes.
